KudoVids.com biedt de mogelijkheid om allerhande filmpjes te uploaden. Wij doen echter onze uiterste best om onrechtmatig inhoud te weren. Dit doen we op de volgende manieren;

• We bekijken alle bestanden die worden ingezonden. Als er een sterk vermoeden bestaat van onrechtmatige inhoud dan zullen we verder onderzoeken of ons vermoeden waarheid blijkt te zijn. Indien ons vermoeden wordt bevestigd dan zullen we het bestand niet publiceren.
• Indien er op onze site echter tóch beeldmateriaal is verschenen die er niet op zou moeten staan hebben wij een Notice-and-Take-Down beleid naar voorbeeld van de Gedragscode Notice-and-Takedown. Ons beleid bevat een beschrijving van de procedure die wij gebruiken om het onrechtmatig publiceren van beeldmateriaal tegen te gaan. Deze procedure is als volgt;

1. Stuur ons een bericht (via ons contact formulier of via email naar notice@kudovids.com) met als onderwerp “NOTICE AND TAKEDOWN” (in hoofdletters) met ten minste de volgende informatie:
   • Welk materiaal is onrechtmatig gepubliceerd (is het een filmpje of een afbeelding? welke titel heeft het materiaal op de site?).
   • De locatie van het materiaal (in dit geval de volle url van de pagina waar het materiaal zich bevindt).
   • Jouw naam en contactgegevens (emailadres, telefoonnummer, en fysiek adres).
   • Een motivatie waarin je verklaart dat de publicatie van het materiaal in strijd is met de wet.
   • Als het gaat om onrechtmatig gebruik vragen wij je ook om expliciet te verklaren dat jij de eigenaar of belangenbehartiger van de eigenaar van het materiaal bent. Geef in dit geval ook aan voor welk land jouw auteursrecht geldt en vermeld verdere details (bijvoorbeeld de titel, de uitgever, datums, enz.). Als deze gegevens op internet staan is het handig als je ook een link hiervan meestuurt.
   • Verklaar dat de informatie in deze kennisgeving correct is.
2. Zodra wij jouw bericht ontvangen zullen wij het bewuste materiaal bekijken en indien nodig verwijderen. Naar aanleiding hiervan zullen we zo snel mogelijk (ten minste binnen 48 uur) contact met je opnemen.

English Summary

• If you found imagery on our site (in film or still image) which should not be on KudoVids.com we have a Notice-and-Take-Down policy which is made based on the Dutch Gedragscode Notice-and-Takedown. This policy contains a procedure which we use in order to counter unlawful publication of imagery. This procedure is as follows:

1. Send us a message (via our contact form or via email to notice@kudovids.com) with the subject being “NOTICE AND TAKEDOWN” (in capital letters) with at least the following information:
   • Which footage is unlawfully published (is it a movie or a picture? What is the title of the footage on kudovids.com?).
   • The location of the material (a full url of the page where it resides).
   • Your name and contact info (email address, phone number including country code, and a physical address).
   • State why the publication is against the (Dutch) law.
   • If you are sending the message because of copyrights issue, please explicitly state that you are the owner of the material. In this case also state the country for which the copyright is valid and give more details such as the original title, the original publisher, any dates, etc.. If this information is available on the internet please include a link to it.
   • State that the information that you have given in this message is correct.
2. As soon as we read your message we will have a look at the claimed material and in case it is needed we will remove the material. Following this we will contact you as soon as possible (at least within 48 hours).
